1. Check-in and check-out policy
1.1. General check-in and check-out time: Check-in time: 14:00 hours Check-out time: 12:00 hrs
1.2. If the customer pays for the room: Before 18:00: Charge 50% of the room rate After 18:00: 100% of room rate
2. Reservation policy and room change
2.1. Booking confirmation:
- AT Hotel will contact you to confirm your booking
- The booking information will be confirmed for the last time when we send you an email to confirm the booking information. Specific information such as confirmation of payment method will be sent by us by email confirmation.
- The last confirmation information is exactly when you have made the payment for the reservation. Conversely, your reservation may be canceled if you do not make payment within 24 hours of booking on the hotel website or by phone. We cannot be sure of any booking information until we have emailed a final notification confirmation.
- The booked room will be guaranteed when you make a deposit in advance.
2.2. Increase room:
- Customers wishing to increase the number of rooms booked in advance, depending on the availability of rooms, AT Hotel will increase the number of rooms for customers upon request.
- If the AT Hotel cannot arrange additional rooms for the Customer, the Customer can share or arrange another hotel for this additional number of guests.
2.3. Room reduction:
In case the Customer wants to reduce the number of rooms booked in advance, the Customer must notify AT Hotel at least 07 days before the expected arrival date.
- If the reduction is unsuccessful or you do not make the check-in on time for the reservation, you will be charged the full cost of that reservation.
2.4. Booked a room but guests didn't come In case of booking and guests do not show up, no refunds will be given
2.5. Cancel reservation In case the customer has completed the reservation, but cannot proceed with his trip, he can contact AT Hotel to cancel the reservation, reschedule the booking date. Terms and costs incurred in the process of cancellation, reschedule will be calculated according to the cancellation policy of each hotel (will be notified to customers during the booking process). - Cancellation of reservation must be notified in writing via email and confirmed by AT Hotel prior to arrival date.
2.6. Pay - Payment method: cash or transfer to AT Hotel's account
2.7. Responsibility of the parties + AT Hotel:
- Confirm booking information for Customer after receiving Customer's booking slip. + Customers:
- Customers are responsible for deposit: High season: 100% room rate on official booking confirmation date Low season: 50% room rate on official booking confirmation date Check in and check out on time as booked. In case the Customer wants to add more time to stay, AT Hotel will respond depending on its ability at the time of arising
- Pay in full and on time the costs of using services provided by AT Hotel.
