HOTEL REGULATIONS

To ensure a most safe and comfortable stay for our guests we kindly ask you to observe our ‘Hotel Regulations’ as follows:

Please ensure that you show a valid identification at the Front Desk upon check in. (ID Card for Vietnamese Residents)

The following items are prohibited in the guest rooms: any weapons, toxic or flammable items.

You are not allowed to bring pets (aside to guide dogs) and many types of foods into the hotel (please check with our reception team for a certain item).

It is prohibited to gamble and use drugs in the hotel. Guests will be held fully responsible for any violations of the Vietnamese Law.

It is prohibited to cook or smoke in any guest room. AT Hotel is committed to providing a smoking-free environment in nonsmoking guestrooms and public spaces. Our hotel enforces a strict non-smoking policy and also certain foods are forbidden to be eaten in our guest rooms and within the hotel. Please note that mandatory fines VND 1,000,000 to VND 1,500,000 are imposed for any breaches of these regulations.

If any stained sheets, towels and other linens, there is a charge of VND 250.000 for a replacement.

Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel facilities.
If a room key card is lost, there is charge of VND 100.000 for a replacement key.

Your valuables such as jewelry, money and personal electronic equipment must be kept in the safety box provided in room or deposited at the Front Desk. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss if guests do not follow this regulation.

All visitors must register at Front Desk. Visitors are only permitted in guest rooms, after registration, between 09h00 and 21h00. No visitors are permitted by law between 21h00 and 09h00.

For security reasons please do not change your room or relocate any personal belongings in the hotel without informing the Front Desk.

In case of fire please remain calm and take the nearest stairs to the emergency exit. Please do not use the elevators.
